Above everything else, we want to help you build relationships with people. This takes priority over all of the other goals a trip might have because we recognize the eternal nature of relationships.

This involves an incarnational view of Christian missions. We expect that you will be an extension of the incarnation to those you will encounter. God's Spirit is in you and we want to help you be Christ's hands and feet to the world. Sharing Christ in this manner requires an active personal relationship with Christ. You can't share what you don't know.

Everyone works and works hard. Each group will be expected to work together as a team to help with the various needs of the ministry that you will be serving.

It is unavoidable to have fun on trips like these. Though it may not manifest itself in specific activities on your schedule, we'll work with you, the leader, to make certain that fun is present. In fact, if you don't like to have fun you will definitely be disappointed.
